Super Lawyers states that only five percent of attorneys in each jurisdiction are recognized as Super Lawyers and 2.5 percent as Rising Stars.

Matt Moore, Co-Managing Partner of P&A’s Texas offices, was also selected for the Houston Top 100 Texas Super Lawyers list, marking his fifth consecutive year receiving this distinction. According to the publication, attorneys named to a Super Lawyers Top List have earned the highest point totals during its nomination, research, and peer-review process.

Earlier this year, P&A announced that 22 attorneys were named to the 2026 Super Lawyers and Rising Stars lists in New Jersey, Washington, D.C., and Florida. The 2026 lists for the firm’s remaining locations in Massachusetts and New York have yet to be released.
