Litigation Paralegal / Legal Assistant – New York, NY

National construction law firm seeks a litigation paralegal/legal assistant for its New York office. The role will involve commercial litigation and transaction support, and research and drafting tasks as required. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently in a fast-paced office environment and must have strong organizational and communication skills. Above all, we are looking for a reliable and diligent team player who is eager to learn and keen to gain unparalleled experience and exposure to life at a busy and successful law firm. Certification or associate’s degree in paralegal studies (bachelor’s degree is preferred) with a minimum experience of two years in a litigation paralegal role. Must be vaccinated and willing to work in office full time.

Associate – Commercial Litigation, Boston, MA

National construction law firm seeks a litigation associate with 1-5 years of commercial litigation experience (or clerkship equivalent) to work on construction, real estate and other complex commercial litigation matters in its new Boston office.

Ideal candidate will have:

superior legal research and persuasive writing skills;

intellectual curiosity;

ability to tackle new and unfamiliar challenges with fearlessness and enthusiasm;

self-starting work ethic;

ability to develop and implement a case strategy from inception to conclusion (with guidance); and

a passion for their legal practice

MA bar admission required (RI, CT and/or NH admission a plus). Construction litigation experience preferred but not required.
