Associate Attorney, Commercial Litigation/Construction Dispute Resolution

Peckar & Abramson is currently seeking an associate for its commercial litigation and construction dispute resolution departments in its River Edge, NJ office. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys with a strong litigation background to take a prominent role in litigation matters, and to gain experience in construction law.

Interested candidates should have strong academic credentials, with 5-7 years of commercial litigation experience, and must be admitted to practice law in the state and federal courts in both New Jersey and New York. Construction litigation and alternative dispute resolution experience is a plus. The successful candidate must also have strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills, and must be a motivated self-starter who can work independently and as part of a litigation team.
