Description
Seeking an associate with 2-5 years of commercial litigation experience (or clerkship equivalent) to work on construction, real estate, and other complex business litigation matters in its Boston office. The Ideal candidate will have:
- superior legal research and persuasive writing skills;
- intellectual curiosity;
- ability to tackle new and unfamiliar challenges with fearlessness and enthusiasm;
- self-starting work ethic;
- ability to develop and implement a case strategy from inception to conclusion (with guidance);
- courtroom experience; and
- a passion for their legal practice.
MA bar admission required (RI, CT and/or NH admission a plus). Construction litigation experience preferred but not required.
