Description
Peckar & Abramson, a leading nationally recognized construction law firm, is seeking an associate with 3-6 years of experience of commercial litigation experience (or clerkship equivalent) to work on construction, real estate and other complex business litigation matters in its Boston office. The ideal candidate will have:
- superior legal research and persuasive writing skills;
- intellectual curiosity;
- ability to tackle new and unfamiliar challenges with fearlessness and enthusiasm;
- self-starting work ethic;
- ability to develop and implement a case strategy from inception to conclusion (with guidance);
- deposition and courtroom experience; and
- a passion for their legal practice.
MA bar admission required (RI, CT and/or NH admission a plus). Construction litigation experience preferred but not required.
