Peckar & Abramson seeks a litigation associate with a minimum of three years experience with commercial litigation, commercial construction and/or government contracts experience to join our Washington, D.C. office. The ideal candidate will have experience representing contractors on public and private projects, and in arbitration and litigation before state and federal courts and contract appeal boards. Candidate must be admitted to the DC bar (or eligible to waive in), with Maryland and/or Virginia admission as a plus.
As an associate, you will have the opportunity to work in collaboration with senior attorneys on complex, interesting, and high-profile cases in an engaging environment that fosters professional development and career satisfaction.
