Peckar & Abramson seeks a litigation associate with a minimum of three years of experience with commercial litigation, commercial construction and/or government contracts experience to join our Washington, D.C. office.
The ideal candidate will have experience representing contractors on public and private projects, in arbitration and litigation before state and federal courts and contract appeal boards. Candidate must be admitted to the DC bar (or eligible to waive in), with Maryland and/or Virginia admission as a plus.
