Published Date: June 28, 2022
Peckar & Abramson, P.C. (P&A) is pleased to announce that Kim Altsuler, chair of the firm’s residential and multi-family practice and co-chair of the firm’s diversity & inclusion committee, has been named Co-Managing Partner of the firm’s Houston office. Kim shares the role with Matt Moore.
Matt has also been named Managing Partner of the firm’s Texas offices. The addition of this new leadership to P&A in Texas comes as the firm’s Texas offices continue to grow and serve the ever-expanding construction industry in the state.
Kim joins Tim Matheny, Managing Partner of the Dallas office, and George Baldwin, Managing Partner of the Austin office, in providing the leadership for P&A’s Texas offices to continue to be recognized for their excellence in construction law and client service.
Firm Chair Steven M. Charney said, “We are honored to have Kim and Matt assume these new roles. Their appointments reflect our continuing growth in Texas and commitment to the evolution of Peckar & Abramson.” He continued, “Their leadership, coupled with Tim and George’s, will elevate the firm and ensure we are working to meet the needs of our clients in Texas’s expanding market.”
“I look forward to working with Matt, Tim and George on continuing our innovative growth strategy and promoting our collaborative firm culture in our Texas offices,” commented Kim.
Matt noted, “The Houston office has more than tripled in size over the last five years and adding Kim to the management team will help enhance that growth. I’m excited for the opportunities we have to further P&A’s commitment to excellence in service to our clients, the construction industry and the Texas community.”
