P&A Attorney Paul F. Williamson Elected to the Washington Building Congress Board of Directors

Peckar & Abramson, P.C. (P&A) is pleased to announce that Paul F. Williamson, Senior Counsel in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office, was elected to serve on the Washington Building Congress (WBC) Board of Directors for the 2025-2028 term. As a member of the Board, Paul will help guide the organization’s efforts to advance the construction industry and its members in the Washington metropolitan area.
When asked about his appointment to the Board, Paul commented, “Washington Building Congress has long been a cornerstone of the building community in DC. I am excited for the opportunity to work with WBC leadership and our members to further WBC’s longstanding goals of fostering partnering, cooperation, and professional growth within the construction community.”

About Paul F. Williamson
Paul focuses his practice on construction law, government contracts, and complex commercial litigation. He has a strong track record of successfully representing general and prime contractors, subcontractors, and owners in litigation across federal and state courts in Washington, D.C., Maryland, Virginia, New York, and California, as well as before various boards of contract appeals.
Paul holds a J.D. from Albany Law School, where he was the Executive Editor for Business of the Albany Law Review, and a B.A. from Dickinson College. He has been recognized as Best Lawyers “Ones to Watch” for 2025 and 2026 and was named to the Super Lawyers Washington, D.C. Rising Stars list for 2024 and 2025.
