Alongside Patrick Kirby, Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer at Webcor, and Seyran Celik, Partner at HKA, they will walk through the technological advancements and evolving project delivery methods that are reshaping the landscape of differing site conditions claims. They will educate contractors on how tools, such as ground-penetrating radar, AI-assisted subsurface modeling, and data analytics, are influencing expectations surrounding site investigations, risk allocation, and the foreseeability of subsurface conditions.
