Bio
Patrick has substantial experience representing general contractors in construction disputes arising on both public and private projects. His work encompasses a broad range of issues, including breach of contract and warranty claims, Miller Act claims, licensure matters, and claims involving delay, disruption, and acceleration. He also has significant experience advising and representing clients in disputes involving California’s public bidding statutes and conflicts of interest laws, helping clients navigate the legal and regulatory challenges unique to public works projects.
Drawing on his legal experience, Patrick has served as an adjunct professor at the University of San Diego School of Law, California Western School of Law, and San Diego State University, where he has taught courses including Civil Procedure, Constitutional Law, and Contract Law.
Patrick earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from California Western School of Law, where he served as Executive Lead Articles Editor of the California Western Law Review. He received his B.A. from Seton Hall University.
