Mark and David will discuss how the recent amendments to New York’s RPAPL § 881 will impact how project teams obtain and maintain access to adjoining properties for construction-related work. This program will prepare general contractors, construction managers, and trade contractors on how to act in circumstances where they are responsible for securing neighbor access.
