They secured a final summary judgment in the client’s favor from a Dallas District Court, awarding full recovery of the amounts owed, foreclosure of the mechanic’s liens, pre‑judgment interest, attorney’s fees, and court costs in addition to complete dismissal with prejudice of the property owner’s counterclaims, which had alleged construction defects, breaches of warranty, and DTPA violations.
