Richard Briansky Named to 2025 Super Lawyers® Massachusetts List

Briansky, a partner in the firm’s Boston office, has been selected to the 2025 Massachusetts Super Lawyers® list for Construction Litigation. According to the publication, this prestigious recognition is awarded to no more than five percent of attorneys in each jurisdiction who meet the publication’s standard for exceptional legal abilities and professional excellence.

Richard Briansky is an avid litigator focusing his practice on the representation of construction clients. He has extensive experience representing general contractors, owners, subcontractors, suppliers, developers, sureties, and financial institutions in complex construction, real estate, and general commercial disputes. His representations include delay and productivity claims, construction defect claims, lease and build-out disputes, and shareholder and franchise disputes, among others.
Richard is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the State of Maine, and the State of Vermont, and he is an active member of the Boston Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association, NAIOP, and the AGC of MA. He earned his B.A. from Clark University and his J.D. from Boston University School of Law.
