Richard Volak, Partner in P&A’s New York office, and Denis Serkin, Partner in P&A’s New York and New Jersey offices, will serve as panelists for “Navigating the Digital Frontier: AI Integration, Risk, and Reality in Construction,” a breakfast panel discussion hosted by the Society of Construction Law, North America (SCL-NA).

Alongside other panelists, Richard and Denis will offer a critical analysis of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools currently used within the construction industry, its evolving benefits and liabilities, and the infrastructure required for its successful operation. This discussion will have a focus on intellectual property, ethical biases, copyright complexities, and more.
