The GCA will be hosting a training seminar on the notice and record keeping provisions in the New York City, New York State DOT, Port Authority, and MTA Standard Construction Contracts. Significant attention will be given to the notice and record keeping requirements in the damages for delay provisions in the NYC boilerplate contract. The seminar will be taught by Paul Monte, Christopher Bletsch and Sloka Sippy of Peckar & Abramson. The class is open to GCA active contractor members and their major subcontractors only. The seminar is scheduled for Thursday, February 4 from 8:00am-10:30am (8:00am-8:30am breakfast, 8:30am-10:30am program).
