Patrick J. Greene, Jr., a senior partner, will participate in the webinar, “2021 Construction Law Forum,” hosted by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education and presented in cooperation with the NJSBA Construction Law Section. The program will provide a day of in-depth analysis of some of the most common areas in construction law.  The panel will also provide a practical and strategic discussion of the current legal encounters they have faced involving consumer fraud claims, construction liens, municipal mechanics liens, bond claims, the economic loss doctrine, drafting clauses in construction law contracts along with mediations, arbitrations and the Complex Business Litigation Program. CLE credit is available for the program taking place on June 16 from 9:00am to 4:00pm EDT.
