Adrian L. Bastianelli, III, a partner in the firm’s Washington, DC office, will participate in a panel during the American Arbitration Association (AAA)’s Virtual Construction Conference. The panel, “Maximizing the Arbitration Process – Old Habits and New Tools” will discuss some tried and true procedures together with new and innovative tools that can be used to achieve a better arbitration process. The panel will also examine AAA procedures that are available but often overlooked by the parties. It will take place June 9 from 1:45pm to 2:45pm EDT. The virtual conference will take place June 9-10.
