Greene Jr., Partner in the firm’s New Jersey office, will speak at the American Bar Association’s 2017 Forum on Construction Law Fall Meeting, October 4-7, 2017 at The Westin Copley Place in Boston, Massachusetts. Mr. Greene’s presentation titled “Litigating the AIA Forms” will take place during the morning sessions on Friday, October 6, 2017 and will discuss techniques to educate the judge or jury on standards using current and new AIA terms and recent Court interpretations on both AIA based and non-AIA based clauses, including bringing the AIA terms and interpretations into opening and closing statements, testimony and jury charges.
