Jerry P. Brodsky will be participating in a panel discussion at the 2016 American Arbitration Association Construction Conference: Ahead of Schedule and Under Budget on April 1, 2016, at the Conrad Hotel in Miami, Florida. Mr. Brodsky’s panel discussion titled “Don’t Get Burned – Effectively “Hot-Tubbing” Experts” will discuss how “Hot-Tubbing”, when you get a group of experts around a table to solve an issue without lawyers, is an international technique gaining popularity within domestic arbitration. The panel will participate in a role play exercised that demonstrates an effective way to question experts.
