Stein, a partner in the firm’s Miami office, along with Brandon Beane, Vice President of Risk Management for Coastal Construction spoke at The South Florida Associated General Contractor’s (AGC) Risk Management Forum. This month’s topic titled, “Understanding & Managing Condo Conversion Risk” will focus on apartment projects that are converted to condominiums and how best to manage that risk.
