Adrian L. Bastianelli, III, Of Counsel in P&A’s Washington, D.C. office, will speak on, “Mastering the Hot Seat: Cross Examination Techniques Experts Needed in Jury Trials, Bench Trials & Arbitration,” at the Construction Super Conference.

Adrian and his fellow panelists will go over the strategies and techniques used to effectively cross-examine expert witnesses across a variety of dispute resolution forums, including jury trials, bench trials, and arbitration proceedings.
