Michael A. Branca, Co-Managing Partner of P&A’s Washington, D.C. office and member of the firm’s Executive Committee, will speak on the panel, “Float Like a Butterfly: A Practical Framework for Managing Float and Taking the Sting Out of Schedule Impacts,” at the Construction Super Conference.

Along with Donald Kaplan, Managing Director at FTI Consulting, and Ryan Novotny, Senior Project Executive at Gilbane Building Company, Michael will explore proactive methodologies for identifying, quantifying, and documenting schedule impacts as they occur, while effectively tracking mitigation efforts and maintaining schedule integrity when projects deviate from baseline plans.
