Paul Monte, co-managing partner in P&A’s New York office, and David Scriven Young, a senior counsel in the firm’s Chicago office, will present during “Climate Policy – How it is Changing the Construction Industry,” a panel at the 37th annual Construction Super Conference.
This panel will discuss how the policy focus on climate resiliency, sustainability, and the reduction of carbon emissions are impacting the design and construction of private and public building and infrastructure projects, potential risks that the industry faces, and how the insurance market is reacting to changes in climate policy and the heavy losses that the industry has faced in the wake of hurricanes and storm surges.
The panel will occur on Wednesday, November 29, from 2:45pm to 4:00pm ET at The Diplomat in Hollywood, Florida. CLE credits are available. To register, please click here.
