Denis Serkin, Partner in P&A’s New York and New Jersey offices, and Richard R. Volack, Partner in P&A’s New York office and Chair of the firm’s Cyber Security & Data Privacy practice, will co-present, “Building Smarter: How Technology Is Addressing Construction’s Efficiency Crisis,” at the Construction Super Conference.

With Jay Bowman, Partner at FMI, David Green, Assistant General Counsel at Kiewit, and Gila Mandelcorn, Assistant General Counsel at JRM Construction Management, Denis and Richard will examine how emerging technologies are reshaping the construction industry’s approach to productivity, risk management, and project delivery. They will touch on the operational and legal challenges that continue to hinder efficiency, as well as the tools organizations are leveraging to streamline contract administration, claims management, procurement, documentation, and dispute avoidance.
