Denis Serkin, Partner and Chair of P&A’s International Construction practice, will co-present “Building Resolution: International Arbitration in Infrastructure and Construction Disputes,” at the ILAW 2026 – AAA-ICDR International Arbitration Track.

Infrastructure and construction projects continue to generate some of the most complex disputes in international arbitration, involving technical claims, delay and disruption issues, multi-party structures, and public–private risk allocation.

This session examines how arbitration, dispute boards, mediation, and hybrid mechanisms are used in practice to resolve cross-border construction and infrastructure disputes. Panelists will discuss managing technical and quantum evidence, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and addressing project-related risks across jurisdictions. The discussion will also explore how digital evidence platforms and AI-assisted tools are being used to enhance efficiency and procedural discipline in large-scale construction cases.
