The series will discuss the differing approaches to construction problems for civil and common law lawyers.
The first episode in the four-part series, “Post-Execution Design-Related Issues in a Design-Build Contract,” will focus on design-build standard of care and will take place on Wednesday, February 3 at 1:00pm EST.
