Shay Kulkarni, Partner in P&A’s San Diego office, will co-present, “Construction Law: Scheduling Impact Claims – Common Legal Issues and Practical Considerations for Asserting and Proving Delay, Disruption, and Acceleration Claims,” with Kam Beihagi, Construction Scheduling & Delay Analysis Expert at HKA, as part of a Construction Law Lunch & Learn hosted by the Associated General Contractors (AGC) San Diego Chapter.

During this program, Shay and Kam will examine the legal and practical strategies surrounding delay, disruption, and acceleration claims on construction projects. Construction professionals who attend will gain insight into the role of Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis in assessing project impacts, strategies for creating and maintaining documentation that supports successful claims, and risk management techniques designed to help avoid costly disputes.
