Adrian L. Bastianelli, III, of counsel in the firm’s Washington, DC office, will participate in a panel during the American Arbitration Association (AAA)’s Construction Conference. The panel, “Arbitrators Impartiality –The Canons Are Only the Starting Point for Ethical Requirements,” will discuss ethical requirements and how to avoid potential landmines beyond the application of the Canons and the state and federal rules of professional conduct. This course will take place on June 9 from 4:00-5:00 pm ET, and the conference will run from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm ET.
