Bio
Arthur litigates a wide range of construction-related commercial disputes involving construction defects, delays, and breach of contract claims in New York and New Jersey. In addition, Arthur has a background in contractual indemnity disputes, employment agreement disputes, and professional liability claims and has experience with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. During his career, Arthur has conducted numerous high-value mediations and has argued multiple times before the New York State Supreme Court and the New York State Appellate Division.
In addition to his legal experience, Arthur is a Certified Public Accountant, and this background allows him to provide a holistic approach to his practice. Arthur earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Iona College, cum laude, and his Juris Doctorate, cum laude from Brooklyn Law School. During law school, he was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society: Appellate Division and served as a Notes and Comments Editor of the Brooklyn Journal of International Law.
