Susan Elliott, an associate in the firm’s Washington, DC office, authored an article for the Associated General Contractors of America ConsensusDocs Construction Law Newsletter, published online in the November 2017 issue. The article entitled “The Legal Implications of Using Construction Management Software Applications” discusses the legal implications of using new construction project management apps (like Fieldwire), i.e. in terms of discovery issues, exposure to potential liability/causes of action by those using the app (which includes parties at all levels of construction – general contractors, project managers, subcontractors).
