National construction law firm Peckar & Abramson, P.C. (P&A) is pleased to announce that it has been ranked first among Construction Executive (CE)’s “The Top 50 Construction Law Firms™.” P&A was also named in the first position in 2019, the inaugural year of the publication’s rankings.

Published in CE’s June 2020 issue, the rankings feature breakouts and analysis accompanied by an article in which P&A attorneys discuss the construction industry’s resilience in the face of unprecedented challenges and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.

According to CE, to determine the 2020 ranking, the publication invited hundreds of U.S. law firms with a construction practice to complete its survey. CE explains that the data it collected pertained to activity in 2019 and focused on metrics that reflect each firm’s construction practice, including number of attorneys, clients, and the year in which the construction practice was established, among others. According to CE, the ranking was determined by an algorithm that weighed these and other factors.

P&A was ranked as the largest and most active construction law practice in the nation, based on the methodology as described by CE.

CE also noted Peckar & Abramson’s wide range of practice areas within construction law, including Dispute Resolution, Construction Defects, Contract Documents, Construction Transactions, Government Contracts, Surety Bonding, Labor & Employment, Public-Private Partnerships (P3s), Power & Industrials, Mergers & Acquisitions, White Collar Criminal Defense, and International Construction.
