Peckar & Abramson, P.C. (P&A) is pleased to announce that Kevin J. O’Connor, partner in the firm’s River Edge, New Jersey office, has been named a 2023 NJBIZ Veterans in Business honoree. NJBIZ defines its process as “an open nomination period, followed by a selection of honorees by a panel of independent judges with experience in the justice system.”
According to the publication, this new NJBIZ awards program will “honor military veterans (DD214) who are making a significant impact on New Jersey business as well as continuing to give back to their community.” A celebration highlighting these professionals will take place during a virtual awards ceremony on November 7th at 8:30am ET. Winners will also be highlighted in the NJBIZ Veterans in Business Awards publication that will be featured in a future issue of NJBIZ.
Firm Chair Steven M. Charney commented, “Stemming from his service as a United States Air Force veteran in the Strategic Air Command, Kevin brings a strong sense of integrity, excellence and commitment to the mission in and outside the courtroom.” He continued, “On behalf of P&A, we congratulate Kevin on this prestigious recognition from NJBIZ, having witnessed firsthand the remarkable results he achieves and his dedication to serving our clients and the broader community with utmost professionalism.”
