P&A Attorney Kevin Foltmer Appointed to the New Jersey Supreme Court’s District IIB Ethics Committee

Peckar & Abramson, P.C. (P&A) is pleased to announce that the New Jersey Supreme Court appointed Kevin Foltmer, Senior Associate in the firm’s River Edge, NJ office, to the District IIB Ethics Committee. Effective September 2025 and extending through August 2029, Kevin will investigate and evaluate grievances filed against attorneys to ensure attorneys comply with the professional requirements established by the New Jersey Supreme Court.
New Jersey’s Supreme Court appoints a District Ethics Committee to collaborate with the state’s Office of Attorney Ethics to investigate and resolve cases of attorney misconduct within their district. To serve on the committee, members must be actively practicing attorneys with a strong professional reputation.
