P&A Attorneys, Michael Zicherman and Peter Moran, have been acknowledged in an article by the New Jersey Law Journal for their successful litigation of a high-profile construction claims lawsuit. The plaintiff and the firm’s client, received a $15.9 million arbitration award, which was confirmed by the New Jersey Federal District Court, for unpaid claims following the delayed construction of a 63-mile highway in Afghanistan. The defendant and general contractor was charged with improperly withholding payments on a project that was plagued with delays and ultimately never reached completion due to attacks from local insurgents.
