Kevin O’Connor was quoted in the October 4, 2013 of the Litigation News Section of the American Bar Association. The story “Employer Violates Labor Laws by Failing to Pay Interns“, focuses on employers with unpaid internship programs and the unprecedented ruling from the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. Mr. O’Connor commented on the ruling and if appealed the Second Circuit will adopt a policy more in line with other Circuits.
