About Kevin O’Connor

In addition to serving as chair of the firm’s Commercial & Business Litigation practice, Kevin is vice-chair of the Labor and Employment practice at P&A. A seasoned trial lawyer, he focuses on employment defense, business and commercial litigation, and complex construction disputes. He represents clients nationwide in state and federal courts, arbitration, and mediation.

Certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Civil Trial Attorney, a distinction held by fewer than two percent of attorneys in the state, Kevin previously served as Chairman of the District XA Ethics Committee and is a fellow of the American Bar Foundation. He is actively involved in the Defense Research Institute (DRI), frequently lectures, and contributes to the Peckar & Abramson Business Owner Rights blog. Kevin earned his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law and his B.A. from Montclair State University.
