P&A is saddened to share the passing of Donald S. Rosenberg, our retired Partner and friend, who passed away on October 30, 2025, at the age of 92.

Don started his career in law working closely with his father, Morris, and was a founding partner of Rosenberg, Reisman and Stein, the Miami-based real estate/construction law firm that later merged with P&A 25 years ago. A highly accomplished lawyer, he earned a sterling reputation as one of the leading real estate and transactional attorneys in Florida. He was known not only for his legal skill, but for his warmth, generosity, and ability to make everyone feel welcome. He served his clients, colleagues, and community with exceptional dedication, including decades of board and leadership roles at Barry University, Cedars Medical Center (now UM Hospital), and several civic and charitable organizations.

Don practiced law for more than 60 years and retired only last year, a reflection of how deeply he loved his work and the relationships he built along the way.  A devoted father and grandfather, his family was truly the heart of his world. He leaves behind a legacy of kindness, integrity, mentorship, and professional excellence, and he will be missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
