The story “Florida Governor addresses P3 workshop” focuses on the new opportunities the new P3 legislation will give to local governments for civil and social infrastructure projects. Mr. Rapoport commented “that the new law is notable because it gives “neighborhood “P3s” to the state. The new law gives mayors and county executives almost unfettered authority to use P3s to address the infrastructure needs they have.”
