Tom Curran, partner and co-chair of P&A’s White Collar and Regulatory Enforcement Practice, will present during the second session of the Union Internationale des Avocats / International Association of Lawyers (UIA) 66th UIA Congress program, “Fraud, Fantasy, and Fighting Crime in Real Estate,” a webinar sponsored by The Real Estate and Criminal Law Committees. During this session, attendees will learn about:

  • Criminal issues involved in fraudulently exaggerating real estate assets; and
  • Cybersecurity fraud in the real estate industry

The presentation will take place Saturday, October 29, at 11:30am ET, and the webinar will run from 9:30am to 1:00pm ET.
