The Florida Bar Continuing Legal Education Committee and the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section will sponsor the “Advanced Construction Law and Certification Review 2020” on March 5-7 and the “Construction Law Institute 2020” on March 6-7 at the JW Marriott Grande Lakes in Orlando.
As Program Co-Chair of the “Advanced Construction Law and Certification Review,” P&A Partner, Mindy Gentile, will present the welcome and introduction in the morning, as well as a course on Ethics alongside P&A Partner Stefan Chin at 5pm on March 5.
On March 6, as part of the “Construction Law Institute,” P&A Partner Jerry Brodsky will moderate, “Strategies for Success In Construction Disputes: The Project Life-Cycle Approach Part 1” at 8:30am with P&A Vice Chairman Stephen Reisman serving as a panelist. Jerry will then moderate part two of the panel at 11am. Later in the day, Gary Stein, Co-Managing Partner of the firm’s Miami office, will participate in “Structuring your Settlements in Multi-Party Litigation” at 4:15pm.
On March 7, Mindy Gentile and Stefan Chin will participate in a panel discussion on multi-jurisdictional practice.
