Levi W. Barrett, Senior Counsel in Peckar & Abramson’s New York office and Chair of the firm’s Contracts, Project Documentation and Risk Management practice, will participate in a panel discussion at the International Centre for Dispute Resolution’s upcoming program. The panel is titled, “Understanding the Dispute Management Provisions Pursuant to the FIDIC and Other Industry Form Contract Documents and their Application to Mega Projects – An International and Domestic Construction ADR Overview” and will discuss unique challenges arising on mega-projects, dispute resolution provisions under a variety of industry form documents (FIDIC, AIA, ConsensusDocs and EJCDC), and the differences between domestic and international arbitration of mega-project disputes. Mr. Barrett’s panel discussion will take place on Thursday, August 15 from 5 pm to 7 pm at the AAA-ICDR Dispute Resolution Center located at 150 East 42nd Street, 17th Floor, New York, NY.
