As the third segment of the session, titled, “Default & Termination,” Stormy and Kellie will explore the legal and practical issues that arise when construction projects encounter performance failures, contractual defaults, and potential termination scenarios. The presentation will give attendees practical guidance on how to address default-related disputes and other related challenges.
