Lori Ann Lange, Partner in Peckar & Abramson’s Washington, DC office and Co-Chair of the firm’s Government Contracts Practice Group, will participate in a panel discussion titled “Contract Clauses to Incorporate in Light of the Government’s Policy Changes” at the 2018 AGC of America Federal Contractors Conference. This panel will discuss significant governmental policy changes instituted in the Trump Administration, the potential impact on construction firms, and how to address such changes in construction contracts and subcontracts. The presentation will take place on Tuesday, May 1, 2018 from 3:30pm to 5:30pm.
