Elaine Y. Lee, Partner in P&A’s Los Angeles office, will moderate “Same But Different: How In-House Legal Teams Vary in Approach, Role, and Decision-Making,” at the Construction Super Conference.

Alongside speakers Jenna Norys, Senior Corporate Counsel at HITT Contracting, and Xenia Tashlitsky, Associate Corporate Counsel at Flatiron Dragados, Elaine will share her perspective on how she balances legal considerations with business objectives in an increasingly complex construction environment. The panel will examine approaches to contract review, claims development, mediation and litigation strategy, and collaboration between legal departments and project leadership.

The program will offer valuable takeaways for contractors, consultants, and outside counsel looking to better evaluate risk, structure internal decision-making processes, and adapt their dispute resolution strategies in response to evolving industry challenges.
