Richard R. Volack, partner in Peckar & Abramson’s New York office, will be speaking on a panel on July 17th, 2014 for a New York City Bar CLE program. The program, entitled Construction Contracts 101: Contracting for a Successful Project, will feature a panel of four attorneys who will discuss different types of construction agreements in a practical introduction to construction contracts. Mr. Volack will be joined by Program Chair Sara Rubenstein, Todd A. Bakal, Jeffrey R. Escobar and Wojciech Jackoswski to speak about Owner/Architect agreements, Owner/Contractor agreements and Contractor/Subcontractor agreements. This event will be held at the New York City Bar building, 42 West 44th Street, but will also be broadcasted via live webcast.
