Bio
Steven’s prior experience serving as General Counsel for a construction management firm has equipped him to play key roles in contract negotiations, strategic business decisions, risk mitigation, and complex litigation. His practice encompasses all phases of real estate and construction law and litigation, handling matters for clients across a broad range of issues including breach of contract, mechanics’ liens, bid protests, defects, delays, extra work, and contract negotiation and drafting. Steven also has experience in advising clients on a wide range of corporate, real estate, and related matters, allowing him to offer practical and results-driven legal guidance that aligns with business objectives.
Steven holds a B.S. in civil and environmental engineering from Villanova University and a J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law. His combined knowledge of law, engineering, and industry operations allows him to navigate complex legal challenges with a well-rounded, strategic approach, making him a trusted advisor to clients in the construction and real estate sectors.
Beyond his legal practice, Steven is committed to sustainable infrastructure development. As an Alumni Advisor for Villanova University Service Learning (VESL), he provides guidance on the management of water supply infrastructure and parish center construction in Panama and Nicaragua, helping communities implement sustainable solutions.
