Bio
Sean’s practice includes partnership and shareholder disputes, business dissolutions, contract disputes, employment matters, and the drafting of business and employment agreements. He represents both plaintiffs and defendants, giving him a practical understanding of the commercial and operational pressures that impact construction businesses.
Before entering private practice, Sean served as Senior Editor of the San Diego International Law Journal. He earned his J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law, where he received the Law School Honor Scholarship and held leadership roles in student organizations. He holds a B.A. in Communications from the University of California, San Diego, and is admitted to practice in California.
