Bio
For more than a decade, Rich has advised clients on commercial matters, including contract disputes and intellectual property litigation. Rich has achieved favorable outcomes in high-stakes cases on both the plaintiff and defense sides in state and federal district courts and international arbitration.
His dedication and accomplishments have earned him recognition as one of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America for Intellectual Property Litigation (2023-2026) and Texas Rising Stars by Super Lawyers (2022, 2023).
Rich earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Villanova University. His passion for the law ultimately led him back to Villanova, where he earned his J.D. from the Charles Widger School of Law, graduating cum laude as a Dean’s Merit Scholar and champion of the 52nd Annual Honorable Theodore L. Reimel Moot Court Competition.
