Rhyddid Watkins, a Partner in P&A’s Denver office, is an industry leading trial lawyer. He has tried over a billion dollars worth of disputes through numerous bench trials, jury trials, arbitrations, and administrative hearings. Rhyddid often represents clients in complex cases with hundreds of millions at stake.

Bio
Rhyddid represents contractors in every phase of the construction process, often acting as external general or project counsel. He values his close, cooperative relationships with his clients, and works hard to understand the issues they face, reduce their costs, and resolve their disputes efficiently. He focuses his practice on contract negotiation and formation, claim development and defense, and all aspects of claim resolution and litigation. His work spans defect allegations, delay and disruption issues, contract performance disputes, and other high‑stakes project challenges.
Rhyddid’s background also includes experience in business litigation, biotechnology, product liability, and agribusiness disputes. Across all matters, Rhyddid brings a strategic approach grounded in extensive courtroom experience and a deep understanding of how to position cases for early resolution or trial success.
