Matthew Cohen is an Associate in the firm’s New York office, where he primarily represents general contractors, construction managers, owners and developers in a wide range of construction litigation and transactional matters. Matthew’s experience includes complex delay claims, contract disputes, payment bond claims, mechanic’s liens and construction defect claims.

Bio
Prior to entering private practice, Matthew served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Katherine Levine of the Kings County Supreme Court. He earned his J.D., cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School and received his B.B.A from Hofstra University, graduating with high honors. Matthew is admitted to practice in New York, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
