Bio
With a focus on representing contractors and construction managers, Luisa is committed to providing effective legal representation in various disputes, leveraging her skills in advocacy and negotiation. Her dedication to understanding client needs ensures that she addresses their unique challenges.
Before working in private practice, Luisa served as an assistant prosecutor in the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office for six years. There she handled a variety of cases involving violent offenses and was lead counsel in six jury trials. Luisa also served as the law clerk for the Hon. Keith Bachmann, J.S.C. (Ret.), in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergen Vicinage.
Luisa earned her law degree on a Public Service Urban Affairs Scholarship. She was on the Dean’s List, a member of the Moot Court Team, and the Academic Chair of the Latin American Law Students Association.
