Joshua P. Law

Joshua has experience managing complex litigation through all stages of a matter, from trial-level pleadings, discovery, and motion practice, as well as interlocutory and final appeals. He has represented businesses in a variety of commercial and civil matters before both state and federal court, including, but not limited to, contract, shareholder, corporate governance, franchise, and financial disputes. This experience has provided Joshua with valuable insight into the complex legal and business challenges client face, allowing him to serve as a thoughtful and effective advocate.

Earlier in his career, Joshua held multiple judicial and government internships in the state of New Jersey. More recently, he served as a law clerk to both the Hon. Ronald Susswein, J.A.D., of the New Jersey Superior Court Appellate Division, and the Hon. Bonnie J. Mizdol, A.J.S.C., Assignment Judge for the New Jersey Superior Court Vicinage 2 in Bergen County, New Jersey.

Joshua earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and his B.A. in philosophy and bioethics from the University of Toronto, graduating with honors. He is admitted to practice in the state of New Jersey, and is also conversant in Cantonese and Mandarin.
